About the Manager.

AFM registration Vertex Capital B.V. has applied for registration with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) as a manager of alternative investment funds under article 2:66a Wft (light regime). It does not hold a licence under article 2:65 Wft. Neither the Manager nor the Fund is subject to ongoing supervision by the AFM or prudential supervision by De Nederlandsche Bank.
