Cookies: The public pages set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking. The investor area sets one strictly necessary cookie (vx_session) after you enter your access code, so that you stay signed in for 30 days. It contains no personal data. Because it is strictly necessary, no consent banner is shown.
Investor area: When you use a personal access code, the Manager records which code was used, when, and which pages or documents were opened, to administer access and to document to whom the Fund has been offered. Access codes are stored in hashed form only.
Third parties: The site loads no fonts, scripts or trackers from third parties.
Your rights: You can ask the Manager which data it holds about you, and to correct or delete it, using the contact details in the footer.
